My career began before I even realized it. Working in a salon at age 15 help to solidify my career path. I attended the Douglas J Aveda Institute in East Lansing Michigan, then moved back to St. Louis to apprentice under one of the international educators for great lengths hair extensions. Shortly there after having realized that my passion was not just in being behind the chair, I went back to school so I could become an educator. While teaching at an amazing school for almost 8 years I continued to spread my knowledge of color and cutting, especially within American crew men’s work cutting methods, with every student who entered our doors. My passion lies within helping others to understand the importance of the craft and seeing how successful a creative mind can be. I will never stop teaching, and I will never stop being educated because the greatest thing about our industry is that it’s always evolving and always changing.
