Not that satisfied
I have lefty sheers and have had a continual issue with them not cutting that well. I just paid to have them sharpened a 2nd time within the same year and am not sure they even needed to be sharpened. They just do not cut a clean line. I constantly adjust them to make sure they are where they should be. I have also tried holding my fingers in different positions and sadly wind up using my old shears with most haircuts. They were not cheap and this is disappointing.

but my shears were taken 8/3/2026 to be sharpened and it’s now 8/31/2026 and i still have not heard anything or received my shears back.

The tool itself is great! As expected! The only thing that I could say is the customer service could be better.
USWorst Sharpening
My experience was absolutely terrible. I paid for 2 sets of my scissors to get set out to get sharpened. They came back not sharpened and extremely loose. Anytime I would tighten a tiny bit they were too tight and scratching the blade. This caused them to be sent out again to be sharpened and fixed. Before I sent them out the rep basically said this was done on my end. After getting them sent out again they came back the same way. I showed this to the rep and he had nothing to say other than to call the company. I will be calling to be refunded for both times and will NEVER use you guys again. Worst experience ever.

Ashley Rose goes above and beyond. She is so personable and I appreciate her knowledge. I just purchased new Hanzo scissors and I didn’t realize there is a quality to the different kinds of steal. I love my new scissors!!!!!!!!!
USLosing Confidence Again
You sent back the wrong shear. I’ve already had one pair of shears lost when I sent them in to be sharpened. It took 2 months to get them back, so I stopped dealing with Hanzo. I recently decided to give you another chance, and here we are again. Wrong shears sent back to me.
