I was sent the silver one instead of the black. The situation is being handled poorly. I need the tension key for daily use, and they offered to send the correct one but only after I return this one. That doesn’t work for me. I need to be able to use a tension key in the interim. I have stated multiple times that I will return the silver one once I receive the black one. But to no avail. This is not good customer service, especially since I was not the one who made the mistake.

I have not recieved my shears back yet. I was disappointed to find out I no longer have a rep, AGAIN... when my "new" rep stopped into my shop only 2 weeks prior to me requesting a sharpening. I am also not happy with the turn around time. Because I haven't had a consistent rep, I did not know my sharpenings were expiring in November. I hope to get my shears back ASAP so I can send out my other shears beforw its too late. Also, i did not recieve any sizer rings, making it very difficult to use my lenders.
