Kristin is Ailish & Aston Salon and Spa’s owner, but that’s not all; A Master Stylist, Color Correction Expert with 20+ years in the industry. Her first job at 15 years old was assisting in an upscale salon. She has never had a career in any other industry. Kristin is all about the beauty industry. Her mentor, Kelly Andrea, whom she assisted as a teenager, now manages Kristin’s salon. She’s the Lead Colorist and a L’Oreal Professional National Artist. Kristin is also a professional tattoo artist focusing on permanent makeup and is an expert in microblading. Kristin’s passion is the art and science of hair color, but that doesn’t diminish her cutting skills and intensity! Cutting was her first passion, Kristin’ extensive training is from traveling all over the world to be the best she can be. You can NEVER take too many classes!!!! As an Artist for LP, she values the importance of constant training! Kristin has extensive experience out in the field as well. On-site photo shoots, editorials, and runway, to name a few. She has worked at some of the most elaborate events, such as New York Fashion Week and the Cannes Film Festival in France. Kristin takes great pride in her accomplishments, making each client feel as if they’re her only. She believes that there are endless possibilities to achieve results and gives each client the tools and tips they need to provide them with the ability to look perfect from their fingertips.

Who inspires you?
My father, he is the hardest working person in the world. As a father of 8 its all about us and my mom. He taught me to have pride in everything I do and give it my all.
