Accomplished stylist and salon owner Cyndi Hart established her business after a successful career in the advertising, marketing and beauty industries. Cyndi always wanted to create a salon that would provide exceptional next-level service and facilitate a fantastic home for others to grow. Excelling in all aspects of the beauty industry for 13 years, Cyndi worked alongside celebrities in LA, styled on movie sets, photoshoots, and held positions such as studio owner, active senior stylist, and educator/brand manager help salons grow. During her journey, she was able to take pieces of each of her experiences and combine them into a brand encompassing what the perfect salon would look like from a stylist and a client’s perspective. Partnered with the desire to make her guests look and feel their best, Cyndi’s creative natural edge and entrepreneurial spirit led her to pursue salon ownership, and House of Ivy was born. A master of both female and male hair craft, Cyndi wears many hats and enjoys all beauty areas. Using the latest techniques and her innovation, she is always pushing the boundaries of hair. Cyndi enjoys working with guests to come up with styles individualized to their needs. When Cyndi is not at the House, she enjoys spending time with her family and daughter, Ivy, the salon’s namesake.

I would have the ability to cure cancer and heal people.

Who would you most like to share a cup of coffee or tea with?
I would have a cup of coffee with my nephew who passed away a few years ago, I would love to catch up with him; I miss him everyday and have so much I want to say to him.
One thing people wouldn’t guess about you?
That I was a competitive figure skater since the age of 10.
