Terrence Manning, Owner of Soho Hair Design, has been a hairstylist for twelve years. He is also an Educator of the Pravana Naturceuticals out of Bell Canyon, California. During his 12 years as a stylist, Terrence has become a stylist to a number of celebrities across the country. He styles the heads of many professional athletes and actors. Terrence has also taught cutting classes at Paul Mitchell Schools and numerous cosmetology schools throughout New England, his talent does not go unknown and he is seen as a well known educator across the country.
In May of 2008, one of his biggest dreams came true. He opened a salon that also showed his love of style and New York. Terrence opened SoHo, named after one of his favorite sections of New York because it added the flair and style he wanted his clients and future clients to see.
Terrence has been in a variety of media from newspapers like The Providence Journal, The Boston Herald, The Valley Breeze, The Free Press, Your Beauty Industry Magazine, Modern Salon Magazine to radio shows 100.7 WZLX Karlson and McKenzie Show, Kiss108 Mattie in The Morning, National Pubic Radio, Cape Cod Radio, to local television news shows, due to his hard work and celebrity clients.
He was recently featured as the Host on Fade Routes on Comcast SportsNet; Sports Xtra with Larry Ridley on Channel 7 during the bye week for the Patriots playoff run to the off season, Rhode Bytes, NECN, and Patriots Today and Channel 10 Providence T’s Chair.
Terrence has been invited to several charity events in the area and has also donated SoHo services to The Breast Cancer Foundation during the month of October. He has also started several annual fashion shows including the SoHo Fall Fashion Show and Spring Into Summer Fashion Show giving local designer’s a chance to showcase their talents.
