The Hattori Hanzo Shears HHVT3 is a 27-toothed softening tool developed to add slight visual texture and soften the look of hair. In terms of hair removal, this is the gentlest texturizing scissor we make. As an added benefit, we build the HHVT3 with high-carbon steel with the avid dry cutter in mind.
