The Hattori Hanzo Shears HH40T Mazeru is a 40-toothed blending shear that removes 50% of the hair to create a perfect blend in a scissor-over-comb or anywhere else a stylist might be looking to blend. It is also great for adding significant volume to the hair by creating upwards of 40 small bits of hair throughout a layer that will elegantly push the longer hair in that layer. Countersunk locking tension control
