Seth grew up in the industry, spending his summers at his father’s salon in Milwaukee. Traveling regularly to fashion weeks and photoshoots, Seth began to develop his eye for hair and fashion. At the age of 19, he decided to enroll in beauty school and start a new chapter.
Immediately after graduating, he packed his bags and moved to Miami, where he began working at Sassoon. Spending most of his time in the academy absorbing everything he could, Seth became obsessed with the Sassoon way’s precision and discipline. After a year in Miami, Seth moved to New York City, where he began working in film and television under Ezel Mustafa. In addition to film and television work, Seth secured a position at Sally Hershberger | Tim Rogers, where he assisted both Tim and Sally. Not only did he learn new cutting techniques, but he also began to understand the art of dressing hair. This allowed him to work on editorial campaigns with photographers like Annie Leibovitz and companies like Amazon, Barney’s New York, and Polo Ralph Lauren.
As Seth was finding his stride in New York, he began working on Sachajuan’s North American Education team and their creative team. Traveling, teaching classes, and staying busy in film, led Seth back home to his Midwest roots. He is now based in Milwaukee and works in multiple.
