Jacob Keeling

Jake Keeling’s journey in the world of cosmetology began at the age of seven when his grandmother introduced him to the craft. She mentored him in classic women’s cuts, styles, and coloring techniques. Over the years, Jake gained valuable experience in both barbering and cosmetology, fueled by his genuine passion for all things hair-related. In 2014, Jake joined the PMTS team, where he enhanced his education by becoming an instructor at PMTSA. During this time, he participated in platform work, engaged in private photo shoots, and gave back to the community by collaborating with local charities. Currently, Jake works at Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, where he quickly became the first shop manager and regional educator. He often expresses that the beauty of not knowing is that it allows us the opportunity to learn; he believes that our actions ultimately define who we are.
