Alyssa Blaire Addison(Lyss) is a stylist located out of Holly Springs, North Carolina. Lyss started her hair journey at the young age of 19. Just six short months after being a licensed professional, she started her own business and “Lyss Blaire Hair” was born. She now operates a suite called “The Blaire Hair collective” with commission stylist under her.
Lyss may only be 23, but she certainly doesn’t lack in experience. You can find her everywhere from behind the chair, New York Fashion week, magazine sets, hair shows, editorial shoots, and even private shoots for influencers.
Lyss found her passion in extensions early in her career, she is a multi-method master educator for Hairtalk Extension. Although a main focus of hers is extensions, she thrives on staying up to date with all cutting techniques.
One of the highlights of Lyss’s education career is getting to inspire new stylist, and helping them see all the opportunities this industry holds. With determination, the right education/tools and a work ethic, the possibilities are endless.
