Description
The Hattori Hanzo Shears HH40T Mazeru is a 40-toothed blending shear that removes 50% of the hair to create a perfect blend in a scissor-over-comb or anywhere else a stylist might be looking to blend. It is also great for adding significant volume to the hair by creating upwards of 40 small bits of hair throughout a layer that will elegantly push the longer hair in that layer. The HH40T is unquestionably a staple in any hair professional’s set of shears. It is–quite simply–a required tool for all stylists and barbers.
One of our most ubiquitous shears, the Mazeru also comes in a single or double swivel called the HH340T along with a left-handed version called the HH40LT.
Countersunk locking tension control
Countersunk locking tension control enables stylists and barbers to readily adjust and control the amount of tension or tightness between the blades of the shears. This feature is important for maintaining the performance and longevity of the scissor, as well as ensuring clean and efficient cuts. It allows users to tailor the tool’s performance to specific cutting tasks and materials.
Screw-in bumper
This feature is designed to absorb shock or impact and protect the shears from damage during use. It is often found on the pivot area of the shears, where the two blades meet and interact.
