Disappointed

I have been a member for over ten years. Since I relocated from Hilton Head to Greenville, I’ve had my shears serviced twice. My last service I was charged 120.00 dollars to upgrade even after I had explained that I haven’t had service in over four years.

My shears haven’t gotten back to me yet. And the loaner pair I was given are dull and fold the hair when I’m trying to cut the hair.

Stewart is always a pleasure to work with and makes sure I get my shears done and delivered back to me within a reasonable time frame! My haircuts are top tier everytime

Shipping was fast. But its been a week and they're already pulling.

Perfect Sissors

When my other Sissors were getting sharpened I test drove these and fell in love!!

It took too long for the sales associate to return them to me. I even question if the scissors have been sharpened. I have not been at all happy with the service that I’ve received from Hanzo.
