Sharpening

My shares were never right from the beginning and the sharpening did help, but I really feel like I shouldn’t have been charged for the sharpening because they were never right from the get-go

One shear not working correctly

I got three pair sharpened and my one pair of shears do not cut, they are eating the hair more so. Other than that pair the rest seem sharper.

Sharpening

The worst sharpening Ive ever had! Not on one but two pairs of shears. I can't even cut hair with them. Sent them in just fine and now they are a wreck!!! These shears are far to expensive to have this happen.VERY disappointed! NEED HANZO to fix ASAP
