Sheer sharpening

A rep came by the salon and gathered SHEARS to be sharpened about a month ago. Have not heard anything back.

Sales Rep Great/ Sharpening Not so Much

My sales rep was very personable and professional, but the sharpening not so much. I’ve actually wondered if they are the same shears because they seem less sharp than before I sent them in. If it were not for my rep and the reputation of the brand I would believe I received the wrong set returned to me. I am honestly confused. jp
