Were you referred by someone we know? If so, who?
This is a mostly-commission sales position. An average rep earns between $200-$500 per day in commission (paid out twice a month). The monthly base salary is $1000. Obviously this pay structure isn't for everyone. We get that. What are your thoughts?
Hell yeah! That's where I thrive. All I need is something to sell and I'm good.
It scares me a little. I need a few more details before I make a decision.
Thanks but no thanks. I need a bit more of a guarantee.
In your current or previous position, do you feel you are/were appropriately appreciated and valued?
Yes, absolutely!
No, not at all.
It's kinda complicated.
Please complete the following sentence
"I'd be open to relocation..."
never, ever, not a chance, no way, no how.
possibly, under certain circumstances.
as soon as I can pack my bags.
On a scale of 1-10, how weird are you and why?
If you walked into a room and your theme song started playing, what would it be and why?
What are you motivated most by?
Family
Meeting new people
Money
Recognition
Thrill of the hunt
Competitiveness
How do you get better at sales?
It's a numbers game
I've always been able to sell things and been good at it.
You don't get better you either got it or you don't
Go to work everyday, hope for the best, and ask questions.
Build long lasting relationships first and the sales will take care of themselves.
If you could have any super power what would it be?
How competitive are you?
I try to have a good time no matter what
I only have fun when I am winning
I don't really enjoy competition, I'd rather see everyone win.
People don't really describe me as competitive
The client says "Let me think about it." All the responses below are good, but which one would you use.
I completely understand, how about we reschedule for next week after you've considered everything we've discussed.
I can understand that, but what do you need to think about?
The truth is, no matter how long you take you will be faced with the same three questions. Can you afford it? Does it fulfill your needs? Do you want
Thought is instantaneous. Think of a burning house! See, thought is immediate. What you need to do now is make a decision. Yes or no. Do or don't do.
No problem I completely understand. Here is my card so you have my information, and I'll look forward to discussing this more with you in a few days?
What is one thing every salesperson must have?
Financial Security or Financial Opportunity?
Financial Security
Financial Opportunity
"I really like your product, but I need to ask my spouse first." How would you handle this common sales objection?
I completely understand. What does your spouse do?
I understand. Can we call him/her right now and ask?
I totally get it. Let me ask you this. What are you going to do if he/she says, "No."?
I see where you are coming from, this is a large purchase and you want to make sure you are making a good decision. I'll check in next week sometime.
If sales is your chosen profession, how do you personally practice to get better?
Who is the best salesperson you know, and what do you think makes them so good?
Assessment
When does a relationship begin? Before or after the purchase?
Before
After
Cold Calls are...
