Kate Byrnes has years of experience that she brings to the table; she started out young with a love for art, creating any drawing, canvas painting, ceramics, or whatever she could use to express herself. “I wanted to continue to create beautiful art, and my medium now is hair!”
As a graduate from Brown Aveda in Mentor, Ohio, Kate was ever eager to be involved in all aspects of the industry. Her resume is long with training and certifications in airbrush makeup, tv makeovers, fashion shows, and photoshoots. She pursued all avenues but quickly fell in love with hair extensions and women’s hair replacement. “It truly puts a smile on my face, every day, knowing that I get to change people’s lives.”
As a Master Extensionist, she’s excited to educate and train others on different cutting techniques and applications for hair additions. “I found that a lot of hair manufacturers want to educate you on how to put their hair in but often forget that another essential part is how to cut them in!” That’s where Kate comes in. From training in her own salon to traveling around, she brings a lot of knowledge on cutting and blending extensions.
